Technically speaking you could modify it to be at least 13% (20% is the safe number) different. That generally covered intellectual properly rights and allows for copy right of similar but not the same items. You could develop you own concept from this one and that would be fine, but it would need to be at least 1/5 different to be safe.

Yes indeed the original layout was taken from the game "Nexus a jupiter Incident", the model is really very good.
But I rewrote it (improve) and I would very much like to EVE developers may be able to use a common concept in the creation of new ships.
